Honestly I don’t really have ideas about it.  I don’t think a band would look really good with it.  A scalloped one would look strange alone but a straight one would barely touch the band at all.  You could always consider wearing that as a right hand ring and get a simple band for your left.

Your ring is so ornate and beautiful!

I hated my wedding ring so much that I thought I would just wear my engagement ring on the left and then another band on the right… but I’ve grown to like mine.

Don’t feel like you have to have another ring.  Yours is perfect just as it is 🙂

So there are some really beautiful teeny teeny tiny 1 mm bands that might work… It obviously wouldn’t sit flush, but wouldn’t be obtrusive.  Let me see if I can find any like what I’m thinking about.

Maybe you could wait on the wedding band until you have saved up money, and then buying a custom band that would act as a an outline for both sides of your e-ring?  You could do this for either your 1 or 5 year anniversary!

Your ring is so beautiful you definitely don’t need a band to go with it!

I love your ring! I, too, have a thicker sparkly ring. I went back and forth about having a wedding band. I actually found one that mimics the bottom row of diamonds, so I figured what the heck. In your case though- its so beautiful you may not need anything extra! Or, you can always get a band and wear it on another finger. I wear my grandma’s wedding and anniversary bands on my right hand everyday and always get compliments!
