(Closed) No wedding video?

We’re not having videography. I was all set to hire a super awesome cinematographer, but then I realized that it just wasn’t practical for our purposes. I can’t stand the way my voice sounds on film and I do not like watching videos of myself and Fiance feels the same way about himself, so we just decided to put the money into something else. I know I won’t watch it, so I don’t want to drop $3k on a video that’s going to collect dust on a shelf in my entertainment center.

We’re not having a videographer or anything, and to be honest, I couldn’t care less. I don’t think we’d get much use out of a videographer anyway because the idea of watching a video of my wedding sounds kind of boring. It’s all about having amazing pictures, IMO!

Videotaping your event is key, and when you get a proffessional videographer you know that the video is going come out good. Video is something you can relive the moment with. Especially when your future kids can relive your wedding. Photographs will show the moment in one still. Videography will allow you to relive it through a audiences eyes.
