I want your job.  lol  My bff is a occupational therapist at an elementary school.  I get so jealous when she texts me to tell me she is hanging out at the beach.

I’m a teacher 🙂  I’m on summer vacation until August 28th.  So excited to have time to deal with wedding stuff and follow some hobbies 🙂

I’m off until Aug. 17th. Woohoo! School ended on june 1st and I got married on June 6th in the BVI.  I’m going to visit friends and family, read and work on a few household projects this summer.  It’s so nice to just relax!

I’m a preschool teacher and SO is the band director for our district so we are both off for the summer… very awesome indeed. Except he will have to remember to elect for smaller paychecks for 12 months of the year next year… no paychecks until September Money Mouth

Lucky! My Fiance is a college professor (on top of many other things.. chef, runs the kitchen of a summer camp, etc.), but he took a summer semester job.. only 12hrs per week, but I wish he had those hours available for more wedding planning! LOL!

I’m a teacher and off until labor day. I LOVE my job and working, but having the summer off is pretty fantastic. I was taking my M.Ed part-time and just finished at hte end of June. Now I really have no obligations and am taking time for myself – laser eye surgery, beach vacation with Darling Husband, Disney World with the girls. I feel like my life is in balance for the first time in a long time – the house is clean, I’m exercising daily, and able to cook good meals every night!

We go back after Labor Day and by then I’m always ready to start up again. i’m hoping to keep this balance into the next school year!!

@FutureMrs.browneyes – Agreed! Last summer was INSANE – I was planning our wedding, training for a marathon, and taking my M.Ed online. This summer I have none of those obligations! My poor lazy dog is pi$$ed off that I keep taking him for walks every few hours out of boredom! Lol
