So finally got excited about my dress for once. But after showing my dress to my Mother-In-Law and friends, none of themlike the dress. One perso didn’t like the seamlines on the bodice. I haven’t seen any bees on here with the dress either. Granted the dress is very new. After so much negativity, I’mknot so sure about it anymore. Bees please be honest. What do you think?

I think it’s very pretty! Maybe your relatives are just picturing you in something more traditional. This is very couture. You can totally pull it off though!

i think it is beautiful and looks amazing on you.

Do you like it?
Do you feel pretty in it?
Do you see yourself getting married in it?
Yes? Then wear it! As long as you love it, no one else’s opinion should really matter!
FWIW, I think you look amazing in it, and it’s a great dress! Love the bottom!

It’s gorgeous. I’m so confused, what’s not to like?!?! It looks unreal on you!

I think you shouldn’t wear a pink bra with it. Otherwise? Divine. Gorgeous. Forget what they say, they can wear what they want on their day, but this is yours. 🙂

The dress isn’t my style due to the tissue-papery bottom – but you look AWESOME in it!!! You’ve got the perfect figure for the dress! What this means is, even people who aren’t “in” to that kinda dress will love you in it on the big day… and I bet your Fiance will just adore it!

I love it, and you look amazing in it. I love the seams on the bodice actually, I have always liked little touches like that. The detailing on the front is gorgeous. I dont get why anybody would not think that dress is beautiful, but it is modern, so maybe some more traditional people just arent used to it.

ugh! I know that feeling. As much as my mom tries not to show it – she doesnt like much and it can really affect the feelings i have for dresses and change my appointment from fun to frustrating really quick.
For what its worth, I think you look great! What if you added a belt (to draw attention away from seamlines lol), or if you tried it on with a veil etc. Maybe they may like it when it comes together.

i love it! you have the perfect figure for it too. i am sure they just assumed a more traditional dress, whatever that may be in their mind. if its your style, you love it, and you know you want it, it’s perfect.

Um… I think it’s gorgeous! I can’t really make out seam-lines on the bodice very well, but I’ve liked dresses with that in the past. Maybe your family has a different idea of what kind of shape a wedding dress should have? Not everyone is into the recent mermaid trend (although I think it’s awesome).

You rock that dress! there is nothing not to like.

Um, the dress is gorgeous! I think maybe they can’t see beyond that it’s the sample dress, obviously several sizes too big. Your dress in your size is going to look stunning.

In the beginning, I simply showed people the dress. I didn’t tell them that I bought already because I want to hear honest opinions. Everyone made negative comments from the seamlines to the ruffles to the lace pattern. It was hard to then admit I bought the dress already. Lol there was always a pause later and then they would say it doesn’t look that bad abalsa long as I love it blah blah. This kinda bump me out. :/
