White house black market!!! The sizes are similar to street size, and they have a lot of flattering dresses. They have a good return policy, and right now a lot of their dresses are on sale! I got my bridesmaid dresses from there around this time last year.. ๐Ÿ™‚

I 2nd Macy’s! I have gotten 2 bridesmaids dresses there for other weddings I’ve been in, and the one that didn’t fit perfectly they altered for me. Great service everytime I’ve been in.</font>

Ours are from Macy’s and I’m really excited about them. Each girl only ended up having to pay $70 dollars.

I actually had to call other stores, one in New Jersey, to find the dress in other sizes but they were so helpful!

It’s such a brilliant idea to do something like this, to take the $ burden off of the girls and give them something they can easily resell or maybe even wear again ๐Ÿ™‚

I tried this but unfortunatly it back-fired.  I found about 5 different really cute Nicole Miller dresses at Nordstrom and told the girls they could pick any of the 5 that they liked best.  But one challenge we had with going with a department store is that they did not have the range of sizes that we needed for my bridesmaids- esp since the Nicole Miller dresses ran small and I have a really diverse bunch with varying heights, sizes, and ages.

The BEST decision I have made was give one neutral bridesmaid with great fashion sense the power to work with all the bridesmaids and make the final decision.  All I told them was chocolate brown dresses, kneee legnth, and wear their hair down,  I will be surprised on wedding day ๐Ÿ™‚

I know I really hated the whole David’s Bridal experience for wedding dress shopping.  They were pushy and just not very helpful.  BUT, when I was fed up with bridesmaid dress shopping my Maid/Matron of Honor and I went back to DB.  They could have cared less that we needed dresses.  It was great.  The consultant checked in on us every once in a while and we basically had free reign of the place.  She finally picked this one and we were set.  It was a great dress for a holiday wedding and everyone absolutely loved it. One already wore it for her office Christmas party.  We wore gold but I think it comes in brown and maybe a plum?  Could be magical.  Good luck.

Hey!&nbsp; Me again.&nbsp; Just back from a little shopping adventure, and I think you should look at the Calypso wrap dress!!&nbsp; It comes in SUCH beautiful colors.&nbsp; I orginally thought to check them out because of this picture on the knot…I’m going to try and attach it.&nbsp; Anyway, the dresses are really beautiful in person and they have this gorgeous teal color on sale right now (actually 50% off of $129).&nbsp; Or you could do a few different colors.
