I wouldn’t use a random pair of coasters that don’t match the ones I already have and don’t match my decor style. Sorry! I’d just save the money. Favors aren’t really necessary.

being a wedding vendor, i’m seeing a trend of wedding favors phasing out….people are going more for a candy bar / popcorn bar for a favors to their guests, or doing a donation to a charity.

eta: i agree…i wouldnt use them if they didn’t match my decor. they’d probably get thrown in a drawer or in the garbage when i got home.

We were given a similar favor when we were wedding guests maybe 6-7 years ago. They were just the simple set though without the scrolls, but a nice quality still. I will say that I have NEVER used them & heres why:

-we only got 2 so not much I can do with that

-they do not absorb anything, when your glass sweats it all just pools up around the coaster

-if you pickup the coaster without paying attention the pooled water will spill allover your lap

-I don’t wanna take the time to pickout random pictures & have them printed & cropped to go in said coasters- that’s alotta a work for an extra pair of coasters, usually you buy em & thats it!

-since they are glass they break easily if dropped. We dropped & broke one in one of it’s many moves around the house to try & put them somewhere we would use them (no point in that!) so the other is pretty useless as I’m anal about matchy-matchy things

If you want something related to drining why not give out shot glasses or beer steins, wine glasses, flasks, koozies, or even a personalized airplane bottle? Those types of things are all stuff I’d be stoked to get & use pretty often.

I wouldn’t use them. We don’t have a coffee table, we have an ottoman and a tray on top.

    I wouldn’t use it.

Do KOOZIES!  They are so fun, and everyone drinks a beer or a soda out in the sun once in a while…
