mrstopaz :  who is hosting the wedding (which is not necessarily the same as who is paying). The hosts are whose name goes on the invitation. If all of you are hosting, you can do “together with their families”. If the two sets of parents are hosting just write, “

“Bride’sFather’sName (and Spouse, if applicable)

together with Groom’sMother’sName (and Spouse, if applicable)

request the pleasure of your company/honour of your presence at the wedding of their children,

Bride First Middle Last

and

Groom First Middle Last”
