Here’s a snapshot of the dresses my girls have picked out so far! I’m still waiting on the last 3 and the Bridesmaid or Best Man with the first dress (all the way on the left) may be changing hers. Regardless, though this might be some fun inspiration for anyone thinking about doing non matching dresses. Enjoy!

FABULOUS! I just love it.

I like the idea as well. I think it’s a great trend!

It’s different, I know, but they’ll all have the same shoes and flowers which will tie them together and we’re keeping the whole thing on the casual side. Plus they will all be so comfortable in dresses they picked. The biggest benefit though, it’s one less thing for ME to worry about. 🙂

So cute. I LOVE the one second down on the left in particular.
Also, I just have to say that you are rocking that wedding dress. I love the neckline.

I’m doing exactly this, any gray dressthe BMs want. I’m hoping we’ll actually get a decent amount of variety, one lacey, one flowy, one structured, kind of thing. I think gray is a great standard color, and it was important to me that my girls buy something they would wear again.

Yay! I love this post. I never really understood a bride picking out bridesmaid dresses – most times when someone picks out something for you to wear, it was a mom telling their young child what to wear. Why we do that as adults, I don’t know!
I’m also having grey for bridesmaid dresses too! I just gave two rules. 1) needs to be knee-length and 2) needs to have straps.
And yes – I want my bridesmaids to be able to wear it AGAIN!
@SweetAdelineXO – you are having 7 BMs? How large is your wedding?

I love it! Kind of wish I’d gone this direction myself… Looks like it was really well-executed.

LOVE! I’m doing non-matching gray as well, and I hope my BMs are as fashion savvy as yours! 🙂
