oh and it doesnt match my e ring either lol. but because of the size and shape of the blue topaz in my e ring i would have to wear it on my other hand or another finger anyway…
@penguinof3: Totally okay. That style is actually preferred by many girls here on the bee. I even have a mismatched set of my own. Do you have any pictures?
Edit: Mine doesn’t match my FH’s either, but we are also getting two matching rose gold bands so then they will.
My fiancées ring is black cobalt from Birks and mines white gold with micro paved diamonds. Not at all alike. I think it’s fine
No they don’t have to match.
My wedding bands (I’m wearing two) will be a plain rose gold band and a half eternity palladium band and my engagement ring is palldium. FH’s ring is going to be black tungsten.
So no matching for us, not really.
i have pics but cant load them 🙁 my e ring is sterling silver with a square shaped blue topaz with small diamond chips around it. my wedding band is rose gold with diamond chips across the top. his ring is tungsten with a blue carbonite band inlaid into it….ill wear my band on my wedding finger and my ering on my right hand.
You’ll be fine! Rings are symbols; no need for them to match exactly, or at all! It’s wearing it and being married that counts.
I don’t think they have to match and I actually don’t know anyone whose rings match their hubbys. You’re a okay 🙂
