I just wanted to share this with everyone:
Because of FI’s job, he cannot wear a gold or metal ring. It’s impossible and unsafe. I’m sure there’s lots of women on here who are engaged to men with the same problem. I have been reading threads about tattoo bands, etc, and I wanted to show everyone the solution my Fiance and I came up with.
Again, metal was NOT an option. Fiance could get burned, electrocuted, etc., but wanted to wear a ring. So after SO much searching, we found this website!
It’s 100% safe rings. We are so excited to have found this site, because it means he can wear a ring. Just to clarify, I did NOT care regardless. I don’t need Fiance to wear a ring to prove his committment to me. HE wanted one he can wear every day.
We are still going to use a real ring for the ceremony, special occasions, etc. But this enables him to wear a ring at work, since it was important to him. The most amazing part was the price… literally $6 a ring.
Just wanted to pass this along- hopefully it helps someone out!

@the_future_mrs: Pretty cool! I’m curious, what are they made out of? Have you received yours yet? Does it LOOK like metal?

Ooo I’m excited to share this with Fiance. He is a electrician/hydrolics mechanic and can’t wear jewelry for safety reasons. We had discussed getting a ring holder for his necklace, but I think I like this idea better. Thanks so much for sharing.

My fiance has messed up his fingers and hands sooooo many times that he was really worried about wearing a ring all the time….okay, he actually couldn’t even try on rings on the correct finger because it is still swollen from a TKD training incident 2 months ago. So, I don’t blame him for being concerned! He decided he would be comfortable wearing a black ceramic ring because a simple squeeze with a vice will break it! We are getting a custom super-plain one because we couldn’t get a satin finish anywhere…and it is still only $80 – not a big deal to replace 😉 I know there are some on Amazon for like $35 – probably what we will get for my son…
