I purchased a wedding band off Etsy from SellerofJewels on Jun 10, he sent me pictures of the ring on Jun 27th. It was not what we agreed on, so I asked him to change a couple things. Before purchase, he responded within 15 minutes of me sending a message, and was really professional and nice.
Now it has been 5 days since I reached out for a progress report, after 3 weeks since our last contact, and still no response? He is actively posting on Instagram, so he isn’t out of the country or dead. I also left him a comment there, no response.
Has anyone used him before? Am I overreacting? I have a bad feeling in my stomach about it, since now we’re at a month of no contact.

It looks like this seller has good reviews. I would contact him again and say that you’re frustrated, and if he does not respond, you’ll be forced to open a case on Etsy. He’s likely to respond then.

Etsy gives you 60 days to open a case. Contact Etsy customer service asap before your time runs out!
You’re lucky — Amazon only has a 30-day window for these sorts of issues.

I had a ring made by him and it kept losing stones. He recast it three times and it still kept happening so I asked for a refund. While I was disappointed in the quality of the ring he was very cordial and made sure the situation was rectified. 5 days is not that long, I’d give him a little while longer.
