so far all the weddings i’ve been to have the guests seated first before the bride and groom walk in. i plan to do the same thing at mine..

I love this idea,even though its early planning yet you seem to have everything worked out!it sounds very do-able as well,so go for it I say!!!

I love the idea of a slide show while you are doing your first dance. It should take some of the pressure off of your FH if he is nervous about dancing.

The slide show sounds good.  It will take the attention away from your shy groom.  You could also shorten the song or have your bridal party come dance with you halfway through the song.I think it looks beautiful with 5 couplesdoing the waltz

I like your timeline. I can’t recall which wedding show I was watching (probably Platinum Weddings) but they did something similar and it worked out well. They might’ve put a coktail hour in between though. The slideshow will be an excellent distraction.
