Tried on a million white bridal dresses and felt meh in every one of them. Then I found this non-traditional dress and fell in love with the idea of having a red dress for our indoor holiday wedding.
I love the color and I think the shape will sit nicer on me once it’s been properly altered, but I’m having a bit of anxiety about the bust area. Is it too much? Too exposed? Too wide of a deep v?Tacky looking?
The back doesn’t bother me so much, but I’ll be hitting the gym and adding a few thin cascading straps to the back so it’s not all white lol.
Looking for advice and opinions! 🙂

I’m not sure anyone here can answer that for you. Me, I would not be comfortable in that for my wedding. It’s gorgeous and you look totally banging in it. I might wear it to a New Year’s Eve party or other event where I wouldn’t potentially be dancing with uncles, cousins, and children. You on the other hand might be perfectly comfortable in it.

Its too much exposure for me personally. But if you like it, it’s fine.

Wow beautiful dress! I love the dress on you. I think you are going to get alot of different opinions here. My wedding dress probably showed “too much cleavage” as well for some people’s taste but at the end of the day you should get what you feel comfortable in. If you like it then go for it. I think it looks great on you.

I love it, it looks so good on you. It doesnt show any more cleavage than a lot of wedding gowns I see on here. If you were busting out of it, maybe but you aren’t.

You rock it!
I think if you’re comfortable it’s all that matters, if you’re having anxiety about it Inwould suggest closing the V a little bit!

It looks gorgeous on you. I would probably see if it was possible to bring the V of the neckline up just a bit so that your diaphragm area isn’t showing, but if it wasn’t possible, I wouldn’t forego the dress for that minor issue. It’s stunning.

Only you can decide what’s “too much” for your wedding – either way rest assured you look amazing in it!

Well, I think you look killer. Mayyyyybe bring the V up just a hair but honestly I think it looks great the way it is. What a fabulous dress for a holiday wedding!!!!

I LOVE the back, but I think both the back and front is too much. I’d alter the front to be a bit more modest, and keep the back as is.

Well it certainly isn’t a traditional wedding dress! You look wonderful in it, though as a pp said, if you are dancing with uncles etc…..
l love the colour and fabric ( velvet?). I’m never keen on necklines so low they display sternum and that coupled with no back at all is quite spectacular… l would close the V a bit l think..

GORGEOUS!! Honestly half the bridal dresses these days is expensive lingerie i dont think its too much.
you are falling out of it by any means, i think you look incredible.

I’m a fan of backless wedding dresses so I don’t think it’s too much at all. You look gorgeous, so if your comfortable wearing it, go for it! YDY.

I think that dress is so flattering on your figure. I would probably try to shorten the straps/bring it up a little just for my own comfort. I wore a very low cut dress to a wedding and was struggling to dance. I wore the same dress to an event recently and taped those suckers in.
