I’ve been awfully curious about a non-traditional dresses. The long white beaded gowns, while still never failing to make me drool, were just never really my style and I don’t look good in white. Pretty much at all.
Anyone out there have a non-traditional wedding dress? Any Tea-Length dresses out there?
Strut your stuff!! 🙂

I had a custom made tea length dress based on this Justin Alexander one-
But what I really wanted was a Dolly Couture dress but she was fully booked up in the lead up to my wedding 🙁
Also unique vintage and etsy.com have some really cool non traditional wedding dresses!

I’m not going to end up going with this one, as I have my heart set on a pink gown, but I did try on a tea length gown. Maggie Sottero Isadora Ann.

I’m on my iPhone so I can’t upload a picture, but I’m wearing a short lace dress for my outdoor July wedding! I always knew I wanted a short dress and I didn’t even try any long ones on!

Here’s mine… unaltered! It’s from David’s Bridal. I suggest looking at Dolly Couture if you are wanting 50s style too.

Here is me trying on my Future SILs dress for fun. David’s Bridal Galina.
I would have totally borrowed it but it’s FI’s sister’s wedding dress – that would be weird!
