I don’t think so. I would def be worried if I broke out right after I started a new cleanser.  Is there a decent chance that the break out is related to anything else?

If you have acne problems i would suggest you use products with Salicylic acid and Benzoyl peroxide.  A spot treatment with benzoyl peroxide it a must for me.  I use the generic form of clearisil spot treatment from walmart and it works great for me (even better then the name brand, strangely).  Also, products with retinol should help.

I just reread your post and see that you said that you DON’T have a big acne problem.. oops…  read it wrong.  which acutally makes me even more leary that the cleanser is a bad idea. If you think it’s stress related I would do a little experiment and stop use for a week.  See if your skin goes back to normal.  If it does resume the use and see if it breaks out again.  If it’s stress you shouldn’t re- break out.

good luck!  Sorry for the ditz moment..haha
