This store has the worst customer service, I swear. I ordered a bunch of purses from them last week. Two of them were sent to me in the wrong colors, colors that weren’t even pictured on the website. I contacted them literally within 10 minutes of receiving my shipment to let them know they sent me the wrong colors. They said they would have the warehouse check the bin to see if they sent the incorrect purse or if the purse was pictured wrong on the website. Then they said they would get back to me in 2 days. It has been a week now and I still haven’t heard from them. I’ve contacted them numerous times to follow-up and they said the request was still pending with the warehouse. This company has wasted my time and they are very inconsiderate. They haven’t offered me any compensation or future discounts, and in the meantime I am stuck with two purses that I didn’t even order.
Kate Spade may have cute products, but they don’t know how to treat a customer right!
