I bought the blue heels to wear for my boudoir shoot and for pictures but ended up not wearing them the day of my wedding. I wore the bongo flats all day and they were perfect! My bridesmaids picked them up for $11 on clearance at Sears so I had one of them grab me a pair too!

I think I forgot to mention I have very small feet (size 4 US womens/2 kids).
I just found these Petite Belle Satin ballet flat from J Crew.
Im only 5ft so I dont know if I should still go with a little kitten heel for ceremony then change into these for reception or if these would be cute for ceremony too. They would certainly safe me money if I did since my Shoes of Prey I wanted made will be $239.00 & these are $68.00. I have a 50’s style tea length dress & am thinking Audrey Hepburn for my style.

I HATE heels and I’m perfectly happy being 5’0 lol. We’re getting married on the beach in Hawaii. I’ll either be barefoot or some cute sandals for the ceremony. Fiance works at Nike so we’re both always in Nikes, we are having custom ones made for our wedding.
These are mine, which fit our colors and have the whole Hawaiian feel going on.
I also wear a size 5 so I understand the struggle lol.

I wore heels for pictures/aisle walk. (A few hours total) and then I gleefully changed into flats. You really can’t see the feet most of the time anyway!!!! I got the flats on ebay, they were champage colored ballet flats from Target (merona brand), very comfy 🙂

tiffany7: I wore pretty low heels to the ceremony and photos, because my Darling Husband isn’t much taller than me (I was taller than him even with low heels on). I changed into flats for the reception, and I’m so glad I did.
My heels (I think they were about 2.5 inches):
And my flats:

I’m wearing Betsey Johnson “something blue” flats in white. I have never been a heels girl, and I don’t intend to start the day of my wedding.

Those are lovely. If only they came in a size 4.
The J Crew satin petite belle are pretty cute though. I love the bow in the back.
Just two things… they look ivory in photo but it says white & my dress is ivory. Not sure if that would work if they did look really white.
Other thing is do you guys think a flat would be ok with tea length?

I am wearing kitten heels. Betsey Johnson Stun. I can’t walk in high heels, I would be a sight tripping down the aisle.
