when it does finally happen, I don’t want chubby engagement pics! I’m hoping it will happen this winter, and I don’t wan to look back on the pics and not like them, so it’s time to take action! I just signed up for a 30 day “ultimate body change” class. It’s 6am M-F for the next month! Yikes! I hope it works, wish me luck!

Good luck! Just don’t lose sight of the important goal – getting healthy, not just getting slimmer. Don’t give up on the 30 day challenge!

That sounds great! Stick with it! It takes about a month to form an exercise habit – you’ll get there. Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see results right away – it took me a year to loose the weight I was trying to loose. But you will seriously seriously feel better as soon as the first 5-10 pounds come off.
We just got our e-pics done and I’m so glad I am no longer totally unhappy when I look at myself in photographs. It’s a really good feeling. Just do not get discouraged!

You don’t have to have e pics done immediately. I’m not. I’m waiting 3 mos post engagement for both dress and e pics so I have time as my sis said to “get seriously pretty”!
Don’t put stress on yourself! Take the class, do some good cardio workouts, work on diet, and set the timeline to fit when you feel like taking e pics!
