If everyone is traveling for the wedding, just include an announcement in their welcome bags (if you’re doing these) or for the staff to hand out when your guests check in that alerts them to the new time.  It’s not like you’ve changed the day… just moved it up an hour.  I would also call the venue and find out what their optimal sunset time is right now.  There is a difference between when the sun sets and when the color is at it’s peak. On the beach, the sun is up one moment and gone the next, so it may be that 7:30 is the best time and you only have to move your ceremony up a half hour instead.
