I have been feeling pretty old and not sexy at all… The other day I was looking in the mirror and felt so depressed. I saw some gray hair (I have had gray hair since I was 22!) and wrinkles and I am just so tired all the time that I put on pajamas (old lady ones) and just want to go to bed! I don’t like feeling like that. I want Fiance to think I am this sexy beast all the time…
How do you keep the sexy-you alive?

I think you should take some time and treat yourself to something you enjoy-that might boost your confidence and make you feel sexy! Maybe go get your hair done or get a massage?

i hear you! i think we all feel that way at some point or another…it’s easy to get in a bit of a ‘lazy’ rut, at least for me it is anyway.
i think the #1 thing that helps me feel sexy is staying fit. no matter how much i despise working out, i find that if i do it on a regular basis i’m pretty much guaranteed to want to jump SO’s bones at anytime 😛

@sheilamelo: I found some gray hairs recently and it totally freaked me out!! I think the best thing for you to do to get out of your rut is first get rid of those old lady pajamas….. you have many years in the future to wear those so dont start now.
Then you need to find something make you feel good like joining the gym. Like PP said the gym keeps you fit and will then make you feel sexier! Trust me it works! 😉

Alittle exercise goes a long way, as well as taking some “me” time like shopping or getting my hair done.

@sheilamelo: Awww, it’s ok, we all feel that way sometimes. You need to pamper yourself.
When I want to feel really sexy I do this: I get up and get dressed in a sexy outfit (with some hot undies underneath) and some rockin’ heels, put on makeup, and style my hair. I check my look in the mirror and it’s instant pick-me-up. Then, I go out with my Fiance for the evening to a club or wherever seems like a fun place that has something going on. We like to socialize and get out and about; we especially love our local bands and really enjoy the live music. I always feel sexy when I shake my ass in a crowd on the dance floor, too. 😉 There’s a fun, energetic, sexy vibe and it works every time for me. The way my Fiance looks at me at those times helps a lot, too, lol. I can see it in his eyes.
And laugh! Laughing will make you feel sexy, and your Fiance will love your hot, sexy, bad self, don’t worry.

hair done, change up the cut, highlights ? nails done. pedicure. or a little exercise, even though he might not notice you will feel a difference in yourself.

I’d say do a sexy exercise class like pole dancing, belly dancing or zumba – even if you just get the dvds. I feel hot since I started doing yoga (last week haha but it’s true!).

My tried and true way to feel better about myself in general: a good long run. Also helpful: a new haircut; an awesome new lipstick; a cute new dress.

My go-to: Heels. The worse I’m feeling, the higher they get.
Running (yay endorphins!) and sexy underwear definitely help too.

@sheilamelo: it is my firm belief that every girl needs a good dermatologist! fine lines and the beginning stages of aging can easily be fixed with fillers! yay!
