My dress is a mess. Bridal shot blames it on the manufacturer. She also told me I cannot contact them and would have to suck up the cost to fix it. The bottom of this dress looks like it was hacked off by a 1st grader. There are snags all over, and the flowers have strings hanging off them. Are you kidding me? I admit this is not a $5000 dress but I did order a petit and paid extra. This is a #1 rated bridal designer. Is it true only the store can contact them? And by the way she told me they have had alot of problems with this company. And they won’t do anything anyway. Ugh. My wedding is in July. I can tell you I will not feel like “Rhianna” or a “Royal.

Hey date twin! That is aweful news, I would make sure you are speaking with the store manager, and with the designer, threaten to report both of them to the Chamber of Commerce, better Business Bureau, etc…. The salon sold you the dress they have the responsibility to ensure you are getting what you paid for!

@Raymone: I think the Rhiana Royale is a popular dress and you could probably sell a new one for 75% or more of what you paid on preownedweddingdresses.com and buy another similarly discounted that you like better.
I had dress regret when my nearly $1500 dress looked kind of cheap upon arrival (and I don’t happen to think of $1500 as a cheap amount of money), so I sold it and bought a designer dress that I LOVED wearing and also sold it after the wedding. I know not every dress sells for the price the bride wants, but I got to wear a $7000+ gown that did not have any of the quality issues of its predecessor and only spent about $1000 between the two dresses.
