I ordered my fiancés wedding band in June from the store. The wrong size came in and we sent it back toget resized. The new one came in the incorrect size and we sent THAT one in… We are on the 3rd time sending it in and it’s been 7 weeks now and the ring never came back to the store. After multiple calls to a manager who said they will call the vendor… I never reiceved a call back from the manager.
Finally we went to store and told them to reorder seeing as we are getting married in 11 days!!!! They say they put a “rush” on this new order… And we should have it next week. If it’s not in by next week they will get us a ring to “borrow” really??? A ring to get married to “borrow” I want the damn ring I paid for!!!!
Has anyone had a zales store rush something? How long did it take to come in?

We tried to order an engagement ring from Zales, we had all sorts of problems. We cancelled the order. I suggest getting your money back and getting a ring else where.

@peachbaby4008: I ordered FH’s ring on Amazon. Free shipping and I had in in a week. That could be a viable last resort for you!

After many calls, the manager at the store gave me the ring in the case. Its a size 10 and my fiance is a size 9 but they put a spacer on it, at least we will have something.

@s2bmrscook: I second this. If I were you at this point I would simply get a refund from Zales and stop dealing with them. This is ridic!

Dump Zales…Go get your rings somewhere else. I would have been livid after the first time.
We ordered ours from Amazon too. Couldn’t be happier with ours.

I would hope they are giving you some sort of discount after all this extra stress I’m sure they have put on your wedding

I would highly recommed checking out eweddingbands.com. Seems cheesy I know, but I got the recommendation from someone really knowledgeable about jewerly. Great prices, great selection and fast service. (I have no affiliation)

ugh…sorry…that’s terrible!! I have had my fair share of issues with chain jewelry stores, and I’m done purchasing from them. To me, it seems like once they get your money they could care less. Now, I’m not speaking for all them, because I know there are lots of people on here who are happy with their service and items they have gotten from them…however for me, it’s been nothing but issues.
I hope you get your ring soon!! Maybe see if you could get your money back and go some place else? Lot of the smaller less known stores will bend over backwards to help you out.
