If your intent is to honor her, then I agree with Teacuphorse…you should call her out by name in a speech or have her stand up at your wedding or reception to do a reading. If your intent is to thank her, I would give her a hostess gift like julies1949 said. Make it as personalized as possible to show how much you care and are thankful for her help.
