@chillinchillin:  I would guess it depends on what the fight was about. If she has a valid reason to dislike this aunt, she stole from her, threatened bodily harm or something along those lines I could understand your sister not inviting her and her family. However if its a petty squabble she might want to reconsider.

The bride gets to decide which guests she wants on her special day. Your sister doesn’t have to invite people she doesn’t like, no matter who they are. Even if you don’t agree with her choices, you are not the one getting married.

I am not inviting one of my brothers to my vow renewal. He is cruel and violent, yet he demands respect because he is older than me. I want to have a happy day and my sibling has made it clear that he doesn’t want me around him because I am “disrespectful.” He can go to hell.
