I don’t know what it is, I just cannot stop binge eating. I one day I’ll eat so light, the next day I’ll eat junk food for every meal. I don’t need to lose weight, but I really want to tone my stomach and arms more.
I just cannot get motivated to go. I am so into wedding stuff, hanging out with fiance, and going with mom to look at wedding stuff, that I haven’t worked out consistently in like a month!
I have until October 2009. Whens your cut off? When, for your wedding day, will you be flawless?

I was taking it all too intensely, so I took about 3 weeks off. i went to the gym leisurely, nothing hard core. Now, with 4 weeks to go, I’m working out 5 days a week and having 1200-1500 calories a day. It all depends on your goal. Try pilates. I do that and interval weight training. I did that for a few months and started getting tons of compliments and broke my plateau. I’m now doing pilates 2x/week, weight training 2x/week and cardio about 3-4 days a week. Have you tried talking to a trainer? Lots of gyms include consults and measurements and body fat % for free as a maintenance program.

I’m lucky I’m size 2 or 4, just need to do the same things I’m doing so my wedding gown will still fit

I would hesitate to focus on trying to be flawless. I feel like I can say this because I myself am a perfectionist. I know how disappointing it can be to have expectations for myself that are unrealistic. Rather than seeking a bottom line "finish line to flawlessness" think about how much fun the "journey" is I think it’s easier to enjoy life when you think this way. As far as exercising goes, try to focus on how much more energy you will have because you’ve been exercising.

My gastrointestinal problems have actually be causing me to lose weight unnecessarily, so I’m downing Ensure a few times a day and trying to pack on extra calories where I can. I bought my gown when I was maybe 5 or so pounds heavier. It still fits fine now, but I definitely don’t want to lose any more weight. I haven’t weighed this little since 10th grade. :/ 5’6" and 106 lbs just doesn’t sound right, does it?

I just got married about a month ago – and I never gave up trying to look "flawless" (which to me just meant better, like I’m sure it does for you), but I also didn’t kill myself over mistakes or skipping the gym.
And I have to tell you, on the day of, you really won’t be thinking about how your arms or tummy look. You will really just feel like the prettiest girl in the whole world. Sounds silly but it’s so true!

I’ve been trying to "make good choices" since January – not due to wedding stuff, but as a lifestyle change. I’ve been drinking more water, eating smaller, healthier meals, and going to pilates / yoga 2-3 times a week. So far I’ve lost 11 pounds! I feel a lot better.
Two months before the wedding I’m really going to kick it in to gear and try to eat less and work out 4+ days a week. We’ll see how it goes! I don’t have to worry about my dress not fitting because it’s a corset back.

I always thought I’d try to be a little more fit for my wedding day, but I never did. I’ll just be myself. Your wedding can be great inspiration to be healthier, but you should be careful about setting your standard at "flawless".
