Hi Bees! I am having a destination wedding and the resort said since the ceremony is so quick and to the point a rehearsal is not needed. I was thinking of taking my girls out to dinner a couple weeks before we leave in lieu of a rehearsal dinner and to give them their gifts. Do you think I should make this a joint outing, with my fiance and his men as well?

Yeah! Go out to dinner with everyone, that will give them a chance to meet if they don’t already know each other. After dinner, you could split up and go on your own bachelor/ette parties if you want!

Part of the idea of a rehearsal dinner is to thank all the people participating in your wedding. Even if you don’t have a rehearsal, a dinner is still a good way to thank them for their help and support with the wedding.
