@Seashells7:  Hi!  First, I’d like to say that I know the feeling.  It’s almost swimsuit season and even though I’ve been working out more, I still see cellulite and fat parts.  But the trick is this: remember that most women, and some men, are feeling the same way.  Even if you’re really thin, there is likely some part of your body that you dislike.  My advice is go swimsuit shopping.  Try on a bunch of suits of different styles.  Maybe try boyshorts or at least fuller coverage on your bottom.  My rear is on the larger side and I dislike my thighs as well, so when I shop this season, I’ll be looking for fuller bottom coverage.  Not only does it cover but supports as well.

If you’re still self conscious, you can always wear shorts, a pretty sarong, or a coverup when you’re out of the water.  But say this to yourself every day: “i am hot” and believe it.  You are beautiful, don’t worry so much.

Also try to keep reminding yourself that NO ONE is thinking about your body as much as you are. People go to the beach to have fun, not to analyze every woman’s figure fault.
