Life is gettin’ me down! I don’t know why it always has to be a downward spiral. Everything must go wrong either all at the same time or just one thing right after another for months! My annoyance is most definitely fueled by the fact that it’s 5:21am here and I cannot sleep! I’m sick of sweating, work B.S., getting my van inspected turned into a $515 bill, kids, my kid’s father is a jerk, my house is a MESS and I have no inclination to do anything about it, yard work way overdue, Fiance and I have had our issues (like everyone does), but aside from that he is totally not recognizing my current stress level which is only annoying me more. Like ENOUGH ALREADY! It is what it is, but damn! Can’t a girl catch a break? Did I mention I’m sick of sweating? lol. The only thing I have going for me right now is that all my bills are up to date. Which I guess is better than nothing. Sometimes I just wish I could get a mini vacay from my life. Unfortunately my wallet isn’t cooperating at this point.

I understand how you feel. There are days in which everything seems unbearable!
The hot is the worst thing ever! I hate sweating at night, and not being able to sleep because of that.
Since I don’t have any experience about most of your issues, the only thing I can tell you is to tell your Fiance how you are feeling and the reasons behind that. Men have a difficult time understanding our feelings, so it is better to let them know exactly what is worrying us.
I’m sure tomorrow you’ll see things from another perspective!

@jadlnc: I totally get how you’re feeling, but after the mini vacay from life, the problems will be right there waiting for you when you get back home.
First, talk to your Fiance again and tell him what you just told us. Maybe you guys can come up with a chore chart so you have equal responsibility in the household. I would also try to take a walk every night for 15-30 minutes just to unwind and think or do meditation or go to a quiet room.
By the way, night sweats suck, so I hope you have a fan or something. You can buy little ones that clip onto the bed frame or night stand or just a stand alone fan. No fun.

@megz06: Chores really don’t have anything to do with it. It’s just my complete utter lack of motivation. Life doesn’t usually get the best of me, but these past few months are taking their toll. But like I said, I just really wanted to write it down.

@jadlnc: This guided meditation is free and might help you relax a bit. I haven’t tried this specific one, but I have one that I play for myself at home and it’s nice. 🙂

@MsKiss: Thanks, but meditation does nothing for me. What I really need is two weeks where everything goes right.
