@kperry3:  I’m not too worried, doubt he’d be searching the net to find a pic of my dress, and at the same time if he really wanted to see it it’s just a matter of unzipping the cover as it’s hanging in plain sight in the closet.

@Miss Tattoo: Yeah this is close to what I am doing. I have showed my Fiance lots of my “possible” dresses and he has given me feedback on some of the ones he likes. I think that if I choose one of the dresses he’s seen, it will be a completely different experience seeing it on me than seeing it on a model (and knowing my Fiance, he won’t even remember that it is the exact dress he’s seen before anyway lol)! So, I am not showing him the dress in person until the day we get married! ๐Ÿ™‚

I didn’t show him. I doubt he would care. He said he didn’t mind going dress shopping with me but he ended up not coming with me. I cold show him now…but as I said, he doesn’t care.

@dynamic_duo: ๐Ÿ™‚ Did the guests surprised by your dress?

I felt shy to show myself in my dress, so I posted a picture from the site I bought my dress ๐Ÿ™‚

I haven’t shown anyone in real life… except for the friend who dress shopped with me… and my mum. Weddingbee is the only exception to that – but I don’t share my blogs here with ANYONE I know in person, just to keep things a bit quieter. Mr. Jaguar knows he’s under strict instruction to not go peeking in my laptop folders or on WB until AFTER the wedding. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Fiance actually saw a picture of my dress right after I bought it.  It was open on my computer (cell phone pic from the store), and he walked over, saw it, then freaked out.  I lied and told him that was a different dress.  He was really worried, but he only saw it for a second, and because he doesn’t actually think it was the dress, I’m sure he’s completely forgotten about it by now.  He’s just really excited about seeing me on our wedding day, so I didn’t want to spoil it for him.  He’d never go snooping though, good thing, because the file is called something like “dress_1,” so he’d find it pretty easily.

I tried but two or three times folks have ruined it for us. He said he doesn’t want to see anything until the wedding…

Well first my mom’s friend pulls up my ceremony gown (with me in it) in an email I sent her while my fiance was standing there… He says he wiped it from his memory…

And THEN my planner bursted out that I bought the RED dress for my wedding. He knows I’ve had my eye on that gown for ages, and if you type in “red dress” in Google there is a 10000000% chance my dress will be the top five on there… but he seems as though he wasn’t phased. I told her that it was a surprise. THe only people that know about the dress is my Maid/Matron of Honor, one BMaid, my Doctor, and myself…oh, and of course the store that I bought it from…

So as of now we are all happily pretending he has no idea whats really going on… and hopefully it can stay that way ๐Ÿ™‚
