So there’s my dad (Who I’m kind of close with). Then there’s my moms second husband (who I credit for the majority of my upbringing and still very close with), and then my moms current husband (we get along fine). My question is how do I word our announcement and programs? since they are all chipping in here and their for the wedding, we’re opting for “together, with their families” on the invites.

I think that sounds perfect 🙂 less complicated than drawing out a family tree 😉

I think for your announcement, you could use “together with their families,” as well.
As for the program, can you just list them all under the heading “Bride’s Family,” without specificying their roles. Maybe list them by name:
– Mothers’s Second Husband
– Mother & Current Husband

Wedding Planning for Dummies has a whole chapter on invitation wording etiquette that covers your situation and more, including four sets of last names. That alone paid for the eBook version for us.
Although “together with their families” is cool as well.
