I’m pretty torn as to what song I should walk down the aisle to. My bridesmaids are walking down to the hawaiian version of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” by IZ. I really didn’t want a slow sappy song because I know I’ll be a sobbing wreck and I really don’t want to be balling my eyes out when I’m walking towards my FH. I’m not sure if I want to walk down to “Here Comes the Sun” by The Beatles or “Kiss Me” by Sixpence None the Richer. My FH said he didn’t really care for “Kiss Me”, but I have to walk down a bunch of stairs so having a continuous beat will be helpful with timing/pace of my walk. I love “Here Comes the Sun” but the song shifts tempo a lot.
Does anyone have any suggestions for fun bridal entrance songs? Also let me know what you like best between the other two songs. Thanks!

I am a huge cryer and I was worried about being an emotional mess. I thought about walking in to ‘walking on sunshine’ bc it is upbeat and fun. My mom thought it was too much, and I ended up using ‘love me like you do’ by brooklyn duo. I was so damn happy I didn’t cry! Ok maybe a tear or two. In the end I’m glad I went with something slower without lyrics. But do whatever you want! Just wanted to share that I was able to keep it together even with a slow song 🙂

I would definitely go for a slightly more upbeat song. I was crying all the way down the aisle. I was so sure I wouldn’t cry at all. Honestly I don’t even know if it was the song or seeing other people crying and my now husband smiling as I walked down. Heard the song again yesterday and cried!

Thanks Bees! I definitely don’t want to cry walking down the aisle so I’ll probably go with an upbeat song anyways 🙂
