Honestly, I would never have apologized in the first place – from what you wrote in your previous post, she was the one at fault and the one over reacting in a completely unacceptable way.

That said, you’ve already apologized, so at this point I would just try to put it behind me and move on with the wedding preparations.

you already apologized. Future Mother-In-Law doesnt get a redo just because she was pouting. Hopefully your  FI can accept that you’ve done your part.

I agree with PP.  Being the “bigger person” doesn’t always mean you have to apologize (especially if you’re not the one at fault). All that does is teaches the offender that they can get away with unacceptable behavior.  I’d keep that in mind for the future.
