I was initially a size 3, and at 16 weeks, I was still hiding it from my boss.

I saw your dress too. I think it will be fine! You should be feeling good by 4 months too! I thought I had a bump by then but looking back it wasn’t terribly noticeable. This is 15 weeks.

Congratulations! I laughed at the array of pregnancy tests–I was shocked and sure there must have been something wrong with the first test I took did the same thing.

I’m sure it’s a lot to wrap your brain around right now, and not the timing you had planned, but a blessing all the same. You’ll be happily in your second trimester for the wedding. Best wishes!

Congratulations!! I had a tough first trimester but was feeling GREAT by 16 weeks. I was barely showing them too. You’ll look beautiful, and your baby will be so loved!

Congrats on your upcoming marriage and baby! I am 21 weeks along, normally I am a size 2 (5’6″ and 115lbs). At 16 weeks I was not showing that much. What would have been most problematic for me (I just looked at your dress) is the boobs. My boobs went up two cup sizes by 16 weeks, but everyone is different!

I am sure a seamstress can make it work no matter what, even if it means altering the dress a bit!

Have you told your fiance yet? Just keep in mind that you had some “warning signs” (a gut feeling, knowing you ovulated early). I don’t know if you had let him know you ovulated early and that pregnancy may be possible but he may be surprised and not react the same way as he will feel once he has a chance to process it all 🙂

Congrats! And at 4 months, I had zero noticeable bump and was still in all my pre-preg clothes. I’m also a size 4 or so. So you never know: you might be showing and you might not. Good luck to you!

vericari:  Congratulations on your pregnancy and upcoming wedding! I had two friends who had the same thing happen to them and their weddings were even more special after they shared the news. I’m a little over 16 weeks now and unless you know me or I wear very tight clothes, you wouldn’t even know I’m pregnant. I still haven’t told work. Especially in your dress, you’ll look beautiful without being noticeably pregnant. Good luck with everything! Nice to hear that your Fiance took the news so well–that will definitely help take away stress about this for you.
