OMG that is horrible, I am so sorry.  I would suggest taking them to a cobbler and asking if they have any trade secrets that may help.

OMG  i am so sorry!    i agree with with PP,  take them to the cobblers,  maybe they might have something to get it off.

I can go one better than that though……

i am a seamstress,  and my dress just need a little tweek here and there….

needle + finger + sharp prick =  BLOOD!!!!!!!!!     thankfully its inside my dress or i would have been mortified.

@anne B: I have a trick for that – quickly put a wad of thread into the bleeders mouth and soak it with their saliva, ball it up and roll it over the spot and it will come out.  My mom used to do it all the time when she was making wedding dresses.  I swear it works like a charm.

@anne B: I am not sure, my mom always did it right away but what does it hurt to try it especially since it is on the inside of the dress, as long as it will not push the stain to the other side of the dress.
