Color coding seemed weird to me so I’m putting an actual picture on the RSVP card! I found some clip art that I liked so I will just print the cow, chicken, or fish on the escort card and have the calligrapher write the name on the other side.

Use a crystal to place an eye on the bird. Pick something subtle related to your color scheme.

@MrsMcGyro: Each person had their own place card so i didnt have to differenciate.

do you plan on doing placecards per couple/family?

@MrsMcGyro: If you’re color coding meals you basically have to do one per person. I like the rhinestone idea. What about gluing different colored ribbon along the top edge of the card?

You have two birds, so you can split up the colour coding that way. The bird on the left can have a decoration for the person on the left and then the bird on the right can have whatever decoration you choose for the person on the right. If you get little different coloured gemstones for their eyes, that would work really well.

I was also going to suggest the rhinestone thing. If you have to do one per person but you have couples on the same card, just do two different colored eyes on the birds. 🙂
