I finished my guest book time capsule, some signage, decorated the bubbles… Just waiting to work on a few other finishing touches.

I am working on the candle holders for the tables and the table numbers! We just decided to drastically change our table numbers so I need to get on top of that this week!

@lisha_1988:  So for the table numbers we purchased these from ebay: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/140640187547?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 and will be painting them either blue silver or white or a mixture of three. I am thinking of doing an outline of a bird or something on them as well seeing as our theme is birds.

I do have pics of the candles but I am at work at the moment so I will post them later tonight for you!

Well, the only REAL DIY’s I have left are:

Programs, escort cards.  Can’t do those until sometime in October once I get my RSVPs and iron out ceremony details with officaint.

The other DIYs I need to get done are:

favors (buy votvies and stick labels on.

Favor boxes (assemble, fill, tie on favor tag).

Buy candy jars and candy

I need to finish up my table numbers. We are cheesy and doing a Boston Red Sox/baseball themed wedding but trying to do just little touches here and there. Its not going to scream Red Sox wedding but people will know (as they already do) that we are fans! I wanted our table numbers to be fun. I just need to finish adding the numbers to the back of the jerseys for the numbers themselves.

heres a pic from before i trimmed them up and before the front of the jerseys were adhered to the backs, they are alot neater now… we named the tables after field positions

I just got done making our table numbers. They each have photos of us that correspond to our ages. They are being printed right now on 5×7 metallic card stock and will stand up in wooden holders I found on etsy. I still gotta make programs this week!

@chickiebee:  Love your Red Sox themed wedding! I tried so hard to make that happen but Fiance is not a huge fan so it didnt work. Instead my sister threw me a Red Sox themed shower and it was great!

I am so behind/ahead (who knows!) of what I need done!

So far I have done (completed and almost completed):

  • Table Numbers (these were easy just pics of my dogs in frames with numbers, the hard part was finding good pics)
  • Card box-again pretty easy, just bought a card box and blinged it out!
  • Ring bearer sign- just says Uncle Bob, here comes your girl!
  • Bathroom Baskets- already done ready to go
  • Flip Flop basket- have it all done but debating on adding sizes to each pair of flip flops. That might be a last minute add on
  • Place cards have been designed and printed with everyones name.  Will need to go in and throw some of our declines away and add on the table number
  • Programs- designed them and printed half of them.  Need to get more cardstock to finish them and figure out how I want to hold them together.
  • Out of town bags- designed the bags and thank you card, made a do not disturb sign for door, made personalized labels for the water bottles-already have those glued on, just need to add some maps of the area and munchies
  • Bridesmaid survival kits- decorated the bag for them and bought all the supplies just need to fill them up.

need to do:

  • Aisle runner- bought plain one now debating on adding a flower border or something to it after seeing it on WB I fell in love!
  • Some fun signs for our photos and photo booth
  • And my minds gone blank lol I have way more to do I know that!

@Leonard2B:  I could post a ton of pictures of our stuff but it would probably bore you LOL. Fiance and I are HUGE fans. We honeymooned early (in August) just so we could go to a Sox game at fenway, complete with Bride/Groom jerseys we had made with the 312 on the backs 🙂

Our escort cards are tickets, like admission tickets, with our pictures on them, 5 different pictures all painstakingly made by me, with a place for the table number and the guests name on them. the SKU # on the bottom under the barcode is his last name and our wedding date.

I’m debating whether or not to do out of town bags for the hotel…I know I don’t have to, I know its a nice touch, but budget is getting tight.

I have my hair trial tomorrow and still have no clue what i’m doing!!!!!!
