I would but I’m sooo lazy and never eat anything proper. Having a trainer is so awesome though.

I will!! 

I’ve been working out for the past 3 weeks (finally cleared after surgery) and I am going AT IT!!

My goals are at least 45 mins of cardio, 4-6x’s a week with three days of weight training, which will focus on arms, back, and toning my legs and glutes.  No trainer, but I lost 135lbs on my own while I was i nlaw school and unfortunately gained 60 back.  My goal fo rthe wedding is 30-45 lbs, but my longer term goal is to make it back to my weight when I lost the 135.

How do you want to check in? Daily or weekly?  I’m following the Overeaters Anonymous plan…and it’s going well so far.  I try to focus on clean eating with 2 “free” meals a week, but when you get into the grove you don’t want to get “too” free, so I’m definitely learning moderation.

I’m all in…I’m turning 30 this year and setting my health for the rest of my life!!

I am waiting til about 3 months out to start trying to lose the lbs. I haven’t bought my dress yet but I would like to tone my arms up a bit. I don’t have a lot of weight to lose (probably about 5 pounds) so I am afraid if i actually lose the weight too early I’ll put it back on. Good Luck! Check in with me this summer and I’ll join!

I would REALLY love to join you ladies. I just fail though. I don’t have any motivation. I always say I am going to work out and I fail. I say I will eat less and I fail.

So either way, good luck! This website is great with helping girls shed the weight!

Count me in! I just bought my dress yesterday. It doesn’t zip all the way. Embarassed The seamstress said that it can be taken out…but I would REALLY love for me to loose the weight so it will zip by itself without the alterations.

I belong to a gym and I have a personal trainer…which sounds really awesome until you account for the fact that I only go like 2 days a week. i REALLY need to get motivated! I want to feel my best on my wedding day….which is only 278 days away.

Count me in! I go to the gym 4x a week and do a lot of strength training and some cardio. I try really hard to watch what I eat, but sometimes I need that extra kick in the butt. I’m going to start doing some exercise videos at home, too.

Hey ladies:

Checking in!!

I worked out M-W and will workout today and tomorrow…food hasn’t been that great, given the Super Bowl and a work potluck, but I’m back on track (don’t know what’s in store for V-day…so we’ll see!!)

I had my gallbladder removed last year (gained 25lbs), so I’m thinking of seeing a nutritionist because it was NOT this hard before!!

How’s everyone else doing?

Midweek bonus:  A co-worker asked if I am losing weight!!  That was all I needed to hear today…back on track!!

UGH!  I feel the same way.  I started working out harder and harder, and now my body just feels awful sometimes if I don’t eat a lot.  I’ve been losing weight SO slowly though, so its really annoying.  I will totally be up for having a partner.  My trainer (who I only meet with once a week) is making me send her my food journals now.  I think that may help.

Hey y’all…had a setback last week (upper respiratory, sinus, and right ear infection)…yeah, ALL of that!  Getting back in the gym this week, going to take it easy…but, I’m still going!!
