Ok ladies! I’m going to copy and paste this here from my FB page.
I’m starting a challenge group for fitness/nutrition on the 4th (next Monday!!)
It will help with accountability and motivation. I’ve got one girl signed up, but I need a group!
If you know of anyone who is interested (or if you are!) please let me know, I’m super excited to help people reach their goals. 🙂
A little about me:
I’m an RN at a clinic at a hospital. I love working out! I’m currently doing Insanity right now. I’m in the second week of the second month 🙂
I’m planning my wedding as well. It’s set for April 4, 2014. Yikes, that is coming up fast! lol

Time is almost up to get in on the next challenge!! It’s up to you to make the changes you need. Make that choice, and stick to it. Why wait for the New Year? Start now! Get started on the right track before the holidays!
Can you say “YES” to any of these questions?
1. Do you want to lose weight?
2. Do you still want to indulge at those holiday parties and dinners without gaining weight?
3. Do you do better sticking to a plan when you have someone (or a group) to help keep you accountable?
On November 4, I’m starting a 60 day group to get us through the holidays. We will all help each other to avoid weight gain, get healthy, and still enjoy one of the best parts of the holidays – FOOD! I’ll also share tips & motivation to keep us all going strong.
What are your reasons for wanting to lose weight, or get healthy/fit? Parties where you have to get dressed up? Vacations? Maybe you just don’t have time to get to the gym, but a quick (and amazing!) workout at home would be perfect.
Maybe you just need a little support to get started.
