Can I share something not TTC related… cause I’m gonna!

Darling Husband picked up DD’s skis last night, all 67cm of them, and they’re the cutest things I’ve ever seen!  We’re total ski nuts, so getting her on the hill early is a huge goal for us.skis

amanda1988 :  My husband asked about baby wearing while skiing – just not thinking, so once we discussed it he totally understood why it wasn’t a great idea.  At this point she just shakes her head vehemently “no” when I ask if she wants to put on her ski boots, but she’s opposed to all new footwear at first, so I’m sure once we force them on her screaming, thrashing body once she’ll be ok with it.  We have a few more things to grab for her before we’re ready to go, primarily a helmet.  She’s 26 months, but has a huge head, so finding a youth xs helmet that’s not too heavy for her might be a bit tricky.

tiffanybruiser :  I paid $26 to upgrade to VIP for a year (just watch for sales). I read somewhere that you can pause the membership after a BFP and then use it when you want to TTC for your next baby, but I don’t technically know if that is true. It seemed worth it to just pay for it once so it wouldn’t be another stress every month I end up with a BFN.

7 DPO over here and I’ve hit that point where I swing rapidly between being sure I am pregnant and being depressed that I’ll never be pregnant. Right now I am trying not to get my hopes up. I was dizzy on and off all day at 5 DPO and felt a cramp/twinge in the right side of my uterus that lasted for several hours. 6 DPO I had one or two dizzy spells but not as intense as 5 DPO, and it felt like someone was constantly pinching one of my nipples for a few hours (lol). Also Darling Husband and I went out for dinner and I had one margarita, which made me feel drunk and then immediately hung over. That is super unusual, normally I have a high tolerance and want to drink more after a margarita. I spent the rest of the night chugging water to try to feel better. Today I have a terrible headache that tylenol did not help. Talk me down ladies.

MrsNerdy :  I can’t talk you down, cause I’m equally crazy.  I will say, however that the cycles that I was spotting all kinds of symptoms were BFN’s for me, and then I was pleasantly surprised by a BFP on the cycles where I was worried cause I didn’t have tons of symptoms.

That said, there’s plenty of women who get a BFPs after lots of symptoms.  The TWW sucks, cause pretty much ANYTHING can be both pregnancy and PMS related.

MrsNerdy :  That is true about pausing FF VIP! You have to pause it for at least 15 days though or you lose your paused days. I paused after I got pregnant, had a mc and unpaused, got pregnant again and paused again.

I’m now 3PDO thanks to FF rearranging my O day to CD14, but I’m fighting off a cold of some kind. I’m not even symptom spotting because too soon… I just feel like crap because it’s Novemeber– everyone is sick, and I’ve been working hella long hours and not sleeping as good as I normally do.

bjenmomma :  TWW is always torture! I always think I can be chill but nope, no chill.

amanda1988 :  The logical side of me knows that it would be way too early for symptoms, but the side of me that likes to ignore facts and focus on anecdotal evidence keeps saying “maybe you were dizzy that day because you implanted!” lol. Google did not help. The TTC crazy has set in this week for sure.

MrsNerdy :  The anecdotal Google monster is the WORST, right!?

According to FF, my due date will be July 30, 2018 if I get a BFP this cycle. I was discussing pros and cons of a July pregnancy with my sister the other day. While I would obviously be huge and hot (we live in the South), it would be nice to jump into the pool with the big belly and take some pressure off of the hips, legs, feet, back, etc.

bjenmomma :  Well that’s just adorable. I wish my parents had got me into skiing when I was a kid!

AFM 12dpo and all my normal endometriosis pains. I’ve had spotting today which is unusual but definitely feel like AF will arrive in full force soon. Should be Saturday as my cycle is like clockwork.

I thought I posted this, but for some reason it isn’t there:

Ovia said I should be on my period yesterday (at cd 26), and Clue says tomorrow (cd 28).  No AF yet, and no sign she’s imminent.  Usually I’m extremely bloated the day before and wear nothing but leggings, today I’m wearing my smallest jeans in my current rotation.  No cramping, back pain either.  Pimples, on my face and boobs, sore boobs (but not as bad as a few days ago), and some discharge.

Willing AF to stay away (cause I’m sure that’ll work), and checking far too frequently.  I want to say I’ll know for sure tomorrow, but I have no idea at this point!

I have a testing question.  So I know that FRER packaging says peeing directly onto the stick is ok, or dipping immediately, but what of the Wondfo’s and other IC’s that say that your pee has to between certain temperature parameters? Is this really necessary? Shoud I be chilling my pee before I dip the strip?
