@Steinberg:  Haha I know, there is so much out there on the interwebz to feed the obsession.  I just wish I could use the rational side of my brain and STOP symptom spotting!  But you’re right, it’s way too easy. *big sigh*

@Yellow.Clover:  thank you for the FX and not just telling me I’m crazy (which I’m fully aware I sound like I am). πŸ˜‰

@hardtoconcentrate:  You are not crazy my dear! You have symptoms! And most say yes, that’s too early, but sometimes I don’t think it is. There are many BFP stories with symptoms starting as early as 1dpo! Yes, 1dpo!! You never know until that test shows two beautiful pink lines!! : )

@hardtoconcentrate:  I just wanted to chime in to say I’m right there with you! I’m a symptom Google maniac and I find myself squishing my boobs throughout the day to see if they’re sore. Pathetic!

AF is supposed to arrive today. No sign of her yet. I’ve actually been avoiding the bathroom as if denial will stop it. I started taking B-Complex this month (I’ve had a short LP since stopping BC in May) which could be lengthening my cycle. But, gah!, TTC might actually drive me bonkers!

On another note, the Game of Thrones series is fantastic if you’re looking for something to read!

@hardtoconcentrate: It’s funny because I didn’t write my post with all this sort of stuff on it because I felt stupid, and then I got a BFP. Do you remember my man-pee from 3DPO until about 7DPO? YellowClover SWORE that was a symptom at the time, and I guess it was.  I also had headaches starting early. I also suddenly developed an aversion to bananas – despite LOVING bananas normally (not that I’m comparing your DH’s penis to a banana…but I sort of am, I guess). The only one I didn’t post in my symptom wrap-up list was how sex suddenly started to be uncomfortable at 7DPO – it gave me an intense ache behind my pubic bone to have penetrative sex, and that happened the last few times we had sex before I got the BFP and then MC’d. So basically I’m saying it COULD be too early and it COULD be in your head, but just because it COULD be, doesn’t mean that it IS, and it doesn’t mean that your symptoms are NOT really there. Ya feel me? I’m all excited for you now! πŸ˜‰

@Yellow.Clover:  Thank you so much.  I’ve been sneaking over to watch the sh!t show that goes on on that other pregnancy website lately, and there’s a lot of meanness when people post phantom symptoms at 4dpo, so I really appreciate that you all are so darn nice and not telling me to take a hike. πŸ™‚

@Mrs.DBee:  Thanks for the book recommendation!  I’ll have to check it out.  At least symptom spotting is reasonable for you because you’re close to AF being due.  Me, not so much.   But it’s good you don’t have any AF signs yet!  FX for you that she doesn’t show!

@MrsPuddingface:  BAHAHAHA I literally LOLed at the banana thing.  I’m still laughing.  Great comparison. πŸ˜‰  Thanks for the support and kind words as always, love! …But don’t get too excited cuz I know I’m crazy.

@hardtoconcentrate:  I’m reading The Mighty Storm right now, and so far so good.  I loved Bared to You and Reflected in You, very similar to 50shades.  I loved the Sinners on Tour series-Backstage Pass, Rock Hard, and Double Time.  Double Time was a little bit of a stretch for me because I’m not really into reading about threesomes, but still steamy!  Another series I liked was-Unleashed, Rock Me, and Breathless.  Creed & Knight were good, they are a mini series.  I think my 2 favorites though are more love stories than steamy, but Thoughtless and Effortless were great!  there is a 3rd book to the series coming out in March I think called Reckless.  Beautiful Disaster is more contemporary too, but I loved it too.  2nd book is coming out in April.  I’ve heard Down to You is really steamy too, but it isn’t available on the iPad yet.

that’s a pretty long list, and trust me, I have lots more suggestions, but those are probably my favorites that I’ve come across so far.  Let me know if you need more options!!!

@hardtoconcentrate:  Oh no, I would NEVER do that! Trust me, I’ve had the craziest of crazy’s symptoms, and yes, have posted them on here. I’m also quick to google anything starting at 3dpo! Google is probably tired of seeing those three little letters from me…haha. I really hope this site does not turn into the sh!t sites those others have. WE as outsiders, never know what’s going on inside your body so who are we to judge?

@MrsJ19:  FX she stays away!

@skipper2010:  Woohoo! Congrats!! Amazing BFP’s this month

@Mrs.DBee:  lol! I’m totally doing the same with avoiding the bathroom. Not like it’ll make a difference, but makes me feel better πŸ™‚

I’m hoping you guys can bring me down to earth. I don’t want to get ahead of myself, but it’s harder today. I have multiple fertility apps on my phone since I haven’t decided which one i like the most. Well, they all say AF is late. One says I’m just over a week late,  and 2 say I’m 2 days late. I didn’t think much of it until today, because my cycle has been exactly on time for the last 10 years. Down to the time of day. She should’ve been here this morning in my book, but no sign of her. I always have cramps the day before and terrible cramps the day of. Nothing. I haven’t had any cramping since about a week ago.

Now the negative nancy in my head is saying I’m not pg because my cycles are off since I stopped my BC a couple months ago.

:-/
