Total people invited: 102

Number of guests you realistically expect to RSVP yes: about 80-90

People who have accepted: We currently have 56 attendees (including ourselves)

People who have declined: We have 9 that have declined

Still to hear from: 37

Days till RSVP deadline: 24

I like this thread! What a good idea! I think we are tracking really well! The people who we expected to say yes have without only one or two wildcards that have said no. We are actually tracking well to have nearly all our guests attend which is awesome!

Urgh. This is going to be a source of major stress for me as things could be very crowded in my venues if we have unexpectedly high turnout. I put my invitations in the mail a week ago and got my first (and only so far) RSVP yesterday.

Total people invited: 116

Number of guests you realistically expect to RSVP yes: I always said I wanted 75 guests. We’re having a (domestic) destination wedding to which almost every guest will have to travel, so I wasn’t expecting huge turnout. I’m now getting very nervous that I was wrong…

People who have accepted: Officially (going by RSVPs), 2. But at least 40 people have booked a room in one of our hotel blocks.

People who have declined: None officially. I know of one family that will be unable to attend because the wife is having a baby around the wedding date, and a few more who are highly unlikely to come.

Still to hear from: 114!

Days till RSVP deadline: 25

People who have accepted: Just about to post the invites. Although everyone I’ve talked to about it says they’ll be there!

People who have declined: None.

Still to hear from: Officially? 36! 😛

Days till RSVP deadline: 33

Ok well I’m freaking out now! Will be putting them in the post this weekend!!!

Yay- an RSVP thread! We only invited a total number of people that we would be comfortable with if everyone said yes. But it still causes stress!

Total people invited: 158

Number of guests you realistically expect to RSVP yes: about 145

People who have accepted: Including ourselves 106

People who have declined: 13

Still to hear from: 55

Days till RSVP deadline: 23

We had two instances of an RSVP without actually being invited- we have an online rsvp where you can just type someone elses name. In this case they were two dates. It’s almost here!!!!!!

Crazy to see it all summed up like that, seems like we know a lot more when I’m just looking at my spreadsheet!

Hi bees! It was so good to get those invites out! I got a ton of responses within the first week they went out, but it seems to have slow down for now….

Total people invited: 57

Number of people you realistically expect to RSVP yes: about 30!

People who have accepted: 18- but my RSVPs are online via our wedding website, so a few of our less computer-literate guests have verbally committed

People who have declined: 0 so far!

Days until RSVP deadline: 32, so we still have a ways to go.

Even though my wedding is super small, I still get excited when I get an email that someone has RSVPed! 🙂 Oh and shout out to Mrs Hoot… Looks like we are having the same size wedding on the same date!!!

People who have accepted: People have RSVP’d from the STD’s, so about 20-30.

We got a ton of RSVPs yesterday!  I figured this would be an easy way to update!

On a seperate note, how are you keeping track of your guest list?  I’m totally type A so I use the free guest list tool over at the knot, but I also created a google doc that tracks name, address, rsvp number, number invited (total and per party), number accepted (total and per party), if they have rsvped or not (it highlights those who have not responded), meal choice, totals of each meal choice, prices of each meal choice, total price of all meals, and gifts recieved.  Think that’s crazy?  It’s also color coded….I think I have an organization problem 0.o
