    I say January, but my wedding is in January so I’m biased :-).  I will say though that depending on where you are an “off-season” wedding won’t be any cheaper, my wedding is well into 6 figures and I don’t even have all of my vendors yet, but it is downtown in a large city so there isn’t really a such thing as “off-season” in terms of price.  

    I would also argue for January because like you said, Thanksgiving/upcoming holidays might make it more difficult for people to travel and take time off work, and I definitely wouldn’t have it during Thanksgiving week just becuase people would most likely prefer to be at home with their families than traveling and/or attending a wedding.  Also depending on where you are the risk of snow storms might be just as high in November as in Janaury.
