I love, love, love Canon in D. I don’t care that it’s overused. 😉
Pachelbel’s Cannon is a beautiful piece but it always makes me think of this comedy routine:

Personally, I walked down the aisle to a solo guitar version of Here Comes the Sun!
my fiancé actually picked an instramental version of bittersweet symphony and it was awesome. I walked down when it really kicked in. And we actually got compliments on it! It gave me that “feeling”-happy, joyous, exciting…loved it❤️

Ha! I love it too! I’ve been a sucker for the song since I was a kid!
We had a trio play the following:
PROCESSIONAL (kids and bridesmaids) – Air (Bach)
PROCESSIONAL (bride) – Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring
SIGNING: Ave Verum Corpus (Mozart)
RECESSIONAL Spring (Vivaldi)
I looooved every piece, and we were very happy with the music!
I used “Largo” too! For everyone walking in before me (I had a small wedding).
I LOVED it. It is very stately and a little dramatic (my husband liked that, as he escorted his mom down the aisle). And I love how it builds in drama, which seems to lead up nicely to the bride’s entrance.
My processional was “Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring.” I find it more cheerful and upbeat than Canon in D without being any kind of syrupy (that I don’t like). And it seems to match Largo well- our organist made a lovely transition. And, as a plus, the choir I sing in occasionally does it. So I can reminisce.
A couple more thoughts; Bach Air on a G String, Meditation from Thais (Massenet), the slow movement of Winter from Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, or Debussy Arabesque no 1 played on harp.
