Michelleac:  ahh now something else I want to buy while I should be saving for my wedding in 3 months or so! I wonder if Macy’s has one I could add to my registery 😊. this is my ring I have been using a small ultrasonic I purchased from the jewlrey store no one told me it was bad for micropave, but since my Ering and band are micro pave and I like to clean it a lot especially after work I tbink I will get one thanks! Your ring looks great by the way!

Michelleac:  thanks! Now I’m reading that steam cleaning it too often can loosen micro pave and rings with less than 6 prongs. πŸ˜’

marvinlove:  I don’t know it seems to vary with different jewlers but it’s hard not to want to clean it and see it sparkle as often as possible.

I tried steam cleaning at home with tongs and a kettle πŸ™‚ lol… it seemed to work pretty well. Just held the ring over the steam from the kettle with tongs!

I bought this steam cleaner for my (now) wife the day before I proposed to her. She absolutely loves it, and typically uses it before special occations (or when it needs a good cleaning).

It has held up fine for me over the year, and I purchased a cheap 3rd party warranty in case anything happens to it (covers two years after the manufacturer’s warrenty is over).

CookieLady:  Sweet! Does anyone know any good youtube videos showing how best to use it?
