We found our bridesmaids dresses in two different stores. I paid for them since we’re only having two bridesmaids and I thought it would be a nice thing to do. My Maid/Matron of Honor has the best body ever and so we got her a low back skater style dress from asos.com for around $75. My other bridesmaid is wearing a similar dress with a bateau neckline from forever21 for about $20. Both are above the knee and simply gorgeous. Just look around local stores with an open mind! I never thought I’d find bridesmaid dresses in forever21, but I did!

What next = figure out your budget and your guest list. then prioritize your vendors and figure out a rough budget from there. then start interviewing vendors and narrowing down your selections.

For dresses= try J. Crew they have super lovely understated dressed for both the bridesmaids and the bride.

Good luck!

Macy’s has a “wedding” section with really nice dresses. Also Nordstrom.

I have my dress on layaway at Anya’s Bridal off Fulton Industrial. It’s a nice bridal shop kind of like DB. Emily is a darling. Ask for her.
