EllyAnne :  I had a laparoscopy three years ago to get diagnosed and they treated what they could at the same time and I didn’t notice any improvement at all unfortunately. They told me that most of my endo that they could see was spread finely all across all of my pelvis so was impossible to remove safely and they didn’t want to take the risk, they removed some larger regions behind my ovaries and near my bladder. Since then things have progressed symptom wise and they suspect I have deep bowel endo due to my symptoms, which is highly associated with pain during sex, so sex has become a bit of low priority for me now and has never been that great tbh because of the pain.

Very different for me. I find clitoral stimulation more generally interesting and toe-curling good feeling. Whereas for me vaginal orgasms are more relaxed-feeling and a release of tension. If that makes sense.

For me they’re definitely different. Clitoral is much more intense.
