That may be the store’s SKU number rather than a design number. I know my mom had to covertly check the design number inside of my dress so we could go look it up online later. 🙂

Went through the designers listed on the salon’s website and didn’t find much.  Since you were able to get it for such a low price, I’m assuming that the style is discontinued. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help. I suggest that you call the salon and they may be able to “convert” those numbers to a dress since it is likely store coding.
