I doubt it, but you can take it out for up to 3 hours a day.  So just take it out if you’re nervous? I’ve used it for years and I never worried about this.

I doubt he absorbs any more than when you are intimate and take birth control.

Nuva ring was great for me! I eventually stopped because I started gaining weight, but it was wonderful for the time being.

i actually took mine out every time that we had sex… we tried with it in once, and he said it felt uncomfortable for him, so i just started taking it out as long as it was just for an hour or two!

@ImaStarr:  I really dont see how that would be possible, and even if it was it would be so minute; he is probably getting more hormones in his water than from your nuvaring.

No. I loved the Nuva Ring, I only took it out because we are currently TTC.

No, I asked my doctor and he said it ‘doesn’t work like that’. I stopped using it a few months ago, I had a horrible time on it!
