In my personal opinion it is totally understandable that you’d not want to stay with your sister considering what you know of her boyfriend. For your mom, not knowing any more I’d say its a little odd you’re flat-out refusing because presumably if she is dating him he is a decent guy. I’d maybe not send your daughter to stay there alone but if you’d be with her the whole time I wouldn’t see the problem with trying it out. But, there could be more to the story that I don’t know so I’d hesitate to make a real judgment on this. 

Regardless, it is your life and your decision so if you’ve decided to stay with your grandma your mom should probably just deal.

Not at all, you have to consider your daughter above any one else. Stick to that and you will be fine 🙂

Oh, so I clearly misread your first post.  Stay with your grandmom and have your mom come visit over at her mom’s so she can see the grandbaby.
