    Yes! I've noticed as well.

Meh. They have bad days but overall I feel it's the same.

Absolutely not! It's gotten better over the past few years!

99% of the time my packages arrive within the 2 day window, sometimes i get them to next day.

rarely something comes a few days later, but when i order, amazon alerts me of the date and keeps me updated with shipment status.

namsayin :  I havent noticed it getting worse, however we just had a new distribution center built here in MN, so I qualify for free same day shipping on lots of items through prime. The only issue I have seen is with carriers not treating packages kindly. We have a video doorbell and we see how they leave it on the doorstep. I ordered 6 glass tumblers for my BM’s and I saw through the video doorbell that the carrier dropped them on our doorstep. Thankfully, they are all intact, but I still think things shouldnt be dropped onto cement!

We did have one package disappear. We got something, and it was supposed to arrive by 8PM. They always ring the bell with deliveries, and no doorbell ring that night (we even checked the video footage, nothing). We called amazon the next day who refunded our money right away.

I’m having zero real issues with prime. I’ve had issues with my local UPS driver, and I had one package delivered by the Amazon delivery service end up having an issue in transit and was delayed a day or two. We order multiple times a week, honestly. So they’re pretty on point. I live very near a new distribution center and you can tell they’re still working out a few kinks (a single order being delivered by different Amazon deliverers within 10 minutes of each other is just inefficient- but doesn’t impact me).

The $100/year is an insane deal. You’re getting free fast shipping on anything you need, plus Amazon music and their streaming service. You pay more for Netflix in a year and all you get is the streaming service. I would pay double for prime without batting an eye.

namsayin :  I have noticed this for the past two years!  I live in the Pittsburgh area and have been a prime member for 6 years and I have been telling my husband that it’s getting worse.  Amazon has the market though!  I’m just addicted enough to ordering from Prime that even if 7-8 items out of 10 make it in the two day frame then I am happy and just suck it up with the 2-3 that don’t make it.  My husband and I have both had the same issues mentioned by others, where something is listed as Prime and in stock then in the cart at checkout it gives you a delivery estimate 4+ days later.  We have also had Prime items show up over a week later with no logical explanation other than the delivery is just pushed back.  But it has definitely happened more frequently in the last couple years as the price of being a Prime member has went up.  It’s also frustrating that the price keeps going up, but doesn’t include the extras like unlimited Prime Reading or Music.  I have a kindle and I used to borrow tons of free books included in the Prime subscription years ago, but the selection has gotten smaller without paying for the upgrades.  I just bought 4 months of unlimited music for .99 cents on Prime Day.  But I won’t pay for the monthly subscription after that.

Also, as a previous poster mentioned, the delivery kind of sucks now that UPS partnered with USPS for the tail end of deliveries.  This is more of an issue with USPS I think.  Mine has gotten so bad, if I have an Amazon box that doesn’t fit in my mailbox then the delivery driver is putting both my box and my loose mail on my front steps.  I have come home to wet mail, and mail that blows off my steps and into my shrubs/yard.  We lost a bill in the winter when it was snowing, and found the totally destroyed envelope weeks later when the snow melted, fortunately my husband knew we were to be getting the bill and called the company directly to pay when we didn’t receive the invoice.  Does anyone know if it is even allowed for the mail carrier to leave your loose mail on your front steps?  Shouldn’t the mail be in the mailbox where it is protected from the elements?

I ship daily with USPS and I get my product delivered via Ups (I am a fashion retailer). I can tell you that in the last year, both services have slowed down and become more expensive! Amazon uses UPS and occasionally passes the package to USPS for the last couple of miles. I hope they get back to 2 days soon!

namsayin :  I’ve actually had a few things get to me in one day (although, I do live less than two hours from a major distrubution wharehouse, so I don’t know if that plays a role in anything). I don’t notice shipping issues, so I guess I don’t really have them where I live? The only time I notice it kind of lacking is at Christmastime, so I plan accordingly. I make sure all of my gifts are in a week before Christmas just to be safe.

I have gotten all my things on time. Even now USPS makes Sunday deliveries for Amazon so thats never an issue either on time. Maybe its an issue with your carriers in your area. :/

I’m surprised to hear how bad it is for a lot of Bees! I have placed 59 prime orders in the last 6 months (holy crap 😳) and have had 1 package arrive late. Other than that no issues! I’m in a smaller city in NC.
